Don't just drink it. . . taste it's secrets! Why start a wine blog? Because there is always an occasion fit for wine and with the wide variety available, you could try a bottle a day for a lifetime and never taste the same wine twice. So why not share my experiences of the ones I've tried. It may just help you in deciding which one you will taste next.

A matter of taste
Finally if you want to taste further wines, best to spit the sample out and clean your mouth with some water to neutralise your palate.
